Professional stainless steel mandolin. Made in France, robust and reliable with 4 blades – 2 of which are selected by moving a handle on the side of the frame. One cuts julienne strips (29 at a time) the other is more suited to fries or vegetable sticks (9 at a time), the thickness of the slices is adjusted by levers at the back. The corrugated blade is ideal for wavy edged vegetable slices, crisps and gaufrette potatoes. The guard holds the food during slicing and helps prevent injury. Cuts vegetables and fruit into thin slices, sticks or crinkles. No need to remove or add parts, thanks to the embedded control system (chips, gratins, soufflés, carrots Vichy, wafers, etc). The thickness can be adjusted using a lever which locks at the desired thickness. Each knife is equipped with a two-position setting giving two different widths.
